Lower Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions
 
1) The booking must be made via www.cuti.com.my

2) Affinity, Association, Group, Negotiated, Senior Citizen Discounted
Rates, AAA Rates, Government/Military Rates and Packages rates are not
applicable. Rates part of a travel package, which includes more than hotel
accommodations do not entitle.
 
3) If you find a public available room rate carrying the same rate
conditions for the same hotel/resort, for the same room type and bed type,
with the same dates and number of passenger, prior to, or within 7 days
after making a reservation with CUTI website, we will make your reservation
for you honouring the competing rate.
 
4) The Lower Rate Guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities or any
additional guest charges or other additional fees that may apply at CUTI
website.
 
5) If the booking is made within 48 hours of arrival, the guarantee will not
apply. The guest does not have to book a room on the competing website. They
only need to prove the validity of the claim based on the terms of the
policy.

CUTI Support have the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim. They will validate that the claim meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims Processing requirements. Please kindly complete the following claim form and submit to CUTI support to initiate the Claims Processing: Claim Form 1. Upon validation of the claim, CUTI Support will send you an email that includes the booking number together with the new rate if the claims is successful. The different of the pricing will be credited into your designated bank account in Malaysia within 3 working days. 2. If you have not received a confirmation within 48 hours after submitting the claim, you may contact our CUTI Support by phone to check on the status of your claim. 3. CUTI reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
